This morning I ran Week 4 - Workout 1 of the Couch-to-5K program. Running is actually getting easier and I'm proud that I've been doing as well I have, considering when I started I was just 6 weeks postpartum.
I ran 2 miles, so that puts me at 10:30 minute miles. I also pushed the kids today and haven't done that for the past 3 times that I ran. It was a little bit harder, but I'm glad I still kept the same pace. Hopefully the rest of this week turns out well. Workout 3 is a 20 minute jog with no stopping. That's a bit intimidating, but I'm sure I can do it.
