Amish Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
3 c. oats2/3 c. sugar (I use brown)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 eggs
1 cube melted butter
1 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Sometimes I add cinnamon
Instructions

Mix
all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 8.5 x 11 baking dish. Bake
at 375 for 30 minutes. (May stir oatmeal halfway through baking. I like
the texture best when I do this. Dish into bowls, pour warmed milk over
the top. Optional: top with fresh fruit.
