Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk (more if necessary for desired consistency)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup artificial sweetener (Splenda)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix together flour and baking powder. In separate bowl whisk together
egg, milk, salt, sweetener, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour egg/milk mixture
over dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Cook on skillet and enjoy!
